How Do I Join NWPI?
Got an itch to hunt
ghosties? Curious about those bumps in the night? Love scary
movies and catch every episode of Most Haunted and Ghosthunters on TV?
You would make a good candidate to join our team of investigators. We
are an open orgazation that believes in sharing our knowledge. However,
our group is not for everyone. Our basic requirements are listed below.
Please note that not every candidate is accepted. Don't take it
personally. It just might not be the right fit.
How many ghosts have wandered by us?- Candidates must be at least 18 yrs old to be granted full
membership. We do allow special exceptions to potential candidates as
young as 13 yrs old. If you are between 13 yrs old and 17 yrs old, a
parent or guardian will be required to be present at the first couple
meetings, along with signing a special release form allowing permission
for you to be with us. No exceptions to this, because this helps cover
us, legal-wise.
- Be open-minded towards various theories that may be
presented.
this does not mean you need to believe the theories, just to be open to
them.
- Be able to follow instructions.
- Work well with other team members, regardless of your position in the organization. This is not the place for "lone wolfs" and "glory seekers". We intend to present a united front to our clients.
- Be able to keep confidential information, confidential. We work with many clients who do not wish information about their locations or hauntings to be made public, for whatever reason. This also extends to keeping "insider" info about the group, that is intended for internal group use, private.
